Construction Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Dublin for Associate to join their Non-Contentious Construction team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Construction team, advising developers, contractors, consultants, funders and insurers on a broad range of construction and development projects, with a predominantly non-contentious focus.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating development agreements, construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and sub-contracts. The successful candidate will also advise on procurement, risk allocation and contract strategy, manage client relationships and gain some exposure to construction disputes and adjudications.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Non-contentious construction law background;
• Strong drafting abilities;
• Excellent academics;
• Commercial awareness;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team player.
