Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage construction crews.

• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain project documentation.

• Identify and address construction issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision.

• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.

• Experience in the fast-food industry or with the opening and construction of chain restaurants is preferred.
