The Role

As our Construction Superintendent, you will own the field. You are the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for daily site operations, subcontractor management, schedule, quality, and safety across one or more active luxury custom home projects in the Naples area. You work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and report directly to ownership. This is not a role for someone who manages from behind a desk — you are present, engaged, and accountable from groundbreak to punch list completion.

• You do not have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable field superintendent experience on residential construction projects
• You have not managed luxury custom homes valued at $2M or above
• You are not currently within 45 minutes of Naples, FL and unwilling to relocate
• You are not proficient in Buildertrend — daily use is required from Day 1
• You are not proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) — this is our daily communication and documentation platform
• You cannot provide verifiable references from previous employers

What You'll Own Day to Day

• Manage daily field operations across one or more active custom home job sites in Collier County and surrounding areas
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate all subcontractors — ensuring they are on site, on time, and performing to KB's quality standards
• Enforce all safety standards, OSHA compliance, and site cleanliness requirements at all times — no exceptions
• Conduct and document daily site walks, progress logs, and quality inspections in Buildertrend
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively — before they become delays or client problems
• Coordinate inspections with municipalities and ensure all work is ready and code-compliant before inspectors arrive
• Maintain the project schedule and escalate to the PM immediately when milestones are at risk
• Verify all subcontractors have active licenses, current insurance (Kingdom Builders and client listed as additionally insured), and signed agreements on file before allowing any work to begin — no exceptions
• Document everything — photos, daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, and field decisions uploaded to Buildertrend daily
• Manage material deliveries, staging, and site logistics to keep the build moving efficiently
• Represent Kingdom Builders professionally in all interactions with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners
• Communicate job site status to the PM daily — no surprises, no verbal-only approvals

What We Require

• 5+ years of field superintendent experience on luxury residential construction projects
• Demonstrated experience managing homes $2M and above — $5M+ preferred
• Deep knowledge of Collier County and City of Naples construction codes, inspection processes, and municipality requirements
• Proficiency with Buildertrend — daily use required from Day 1
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) — required for daily communication and documentation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, structural drawings, and product specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously and hold them accountable to schedule and quality
• Strong understanding of all construction phases — foundation through punch list and warranty
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Must be within 45 minutes of Naples, FL and able to work in-person full-time
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Stable, verifiable employment history with long-term tenure at previous employers
• Excellent verbal and written communication — you will interact directly with high-end clients
