Job Summary

Miami Pro Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and coordinate construction activities on active job sites in Miami. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and a commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work stays on track
• Review plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with project standards
• Conduct regular job-site meetings and communicate project updates
• Identify and resolve field issues and construction delays
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Enforce company and OSHA safety procedures
• Coordinate inspections and required site activities
• Track daily progress, manpower, deliveries, and site conditions
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and job-site operations
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
• Construction management experience or related training preferred
