Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Construction Superintendent/SSHO/QCM to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, safety oversight, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

• Oversee Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) duties, including implementing safety protocols and conducting inspections.

• Serve as Quality Control Manager (QCM), verifying compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, SSHO, or QCM in commercial or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance protocols.

• Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve on-site challenges.

• Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
