Construction Superintendent

We’re Hiring: Construction Superintendent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a well-established general engineering and construction organization supporting complex projects throughout the U.S.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil construction, utilities, and electrical distribution who is comfortable managing field operations from mobilization through completion.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Experience with civil works, utilities and/or electrical distribution
• Strong field leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Experience managing schedules, logistics, manpower and project execution
• Strong understanding of construction cost control
• Knowledge of OSHA and EM-385 safety requirements
• Federal or government construction experience highly desirable
• Primavera scheduling experience is a plus
• General contractor experience preferred
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

The Superintendent will work closely with project managers and engineers while taking ownership of day-to-day field execution, safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor performance and coordination across trades.
