Construction Superintendent

SureCrete, LLC is a fast-growing concrete contracting company based in Dallas, TX, with active projects throughout the southern states. We handle everything from underground utilities to paving, delivering high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

SureCrete is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Superintendent to lead field operations across our projects.

Responsibilities

Will be required to perform the following, but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple crews and job sites.

• Perform site layout using total station equipment (Topcon or similar).

• Complete accurate daily reports.

• Read and interpret construction prints and plans.

• Attend project and company meetings.

• Update owners and managers on project progress.

• Monitor project budgets and control costs.

• Coordinate crews and manpower on site.

• Ensure site safety and enforce safety standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a superintendent in concrete, utility, or sitework construction.

• Total station experience is required (Topcon or comparable systems) for site layout and grade control.

• Ability to read and interpret construction prints, plans, and specifications.

• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating and managing field crews.

• Experience tracking budgets, schedules, and daily production.

• Strong communication skills with owners, managers, and field personnel.

• Willingness to travel to projects throughout the southern states.

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screen.

• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
