Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent, where you'll lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This vital role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to bring ambitious building visions to life with energy and precision.

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage on-site safety programs, enforce safety policies, and lead safety meetings to foster a secure work environment.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly by collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, progress reports, change orders, and incident reports.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and environmental regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards (such as OSHA), and building codes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications clearly.
• Experience with project management software is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
