Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:

This role requires a hands-on individual with expertise in reading blueprints and schematics, and proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure construction projects meet specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and stay organized.
• Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• A strong background in construction management, including construction estimating and budgeting.
• Experience with construction management software such as ProCore.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics.
• A hands-on approach to construction, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to ensuring all projects are completed safely and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
