Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This job is 80% traveling.

Duties

· Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

· Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

· Monitor progress of construction activities and make adjustments as necessary.

· Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.

· Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints.

· Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project. progress

· Conduct regular meetings with project team members to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions

· Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore

• Familiarity with Primavera for scheduling purposes

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
