Construction Superintendent

The Role
We're looking for a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily renovation and rehabilitation projects. You'll run the site, manage trades, keep production on schedule, and make sure residents are cared for while work happens around them.

What You'll Do

• Lead on-site operations for multifamily renovation projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and trades to hit daily and weekly production targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work, and resolve field conflicts.
• Plan and run unit turnover sequencing in occupied buildings, including resident notices and coordination with property management.
• Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and drive punch lists to completion.
• Maintain site safety and jobsite compliance.
• Submit daily reports, photos, and schedule updates to the Project Manager.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience on multifamily renovation or rehabilitation projects.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and hold them accountable to schedule and quality.
• Strong understanding of production-style work and unit-by-unit sequencing.
• Clear communicator with owners, residents, property managers, and field crews.
• Comfortable with construction management software (Procore experience a plus).
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Preferred

• Experience managing occupied unit renovations.
• Experience on affordable housing, HUD, or LIHTC projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
