Hiring experienced Superintendents for positions in Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Based in Little Rock, DGC carries forward 34 years of construction experience and a reputation built on honest dealings, quality work, and lasting relationships. As a medium sized firm taking on substantial projects, we offer the challenge of large-scale construction with the benefit of working directly with ownership and management. What you’ll do

• Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
• Plan upcoming work with the project manager, maintain schedules, and resolve field issues.
• Read plans and specifications, coordinate trades, and maintain quality standards.
• Lead jobsite safety and enforce safe work practices.
• Complete field takeoffs, coordinate material orders, and oversee self-performed work.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, time records, and communications using company software.

What you bring

• 10+ years of relevant construction experience, including successful supervision of comparable projects.
• Practical knowledge of sitework, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, doors, hardware, and specialties, with working knowledge of MEP coordination.
• Strong planning, communication, and field leadership skills.
• Comfort using a phone, tablet, and computer for drawings and jobsite documentation.

Experience in these local construction markets is preferred.
