Construction Superintendent

Due to growth they need to add a Superintendent to be part of a large team on an iconic $750M project in north dade county. This is truly a once in a lifetime project and a real resume builder.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· 10+ years' experience in general contracting working on wide variety of project types

· A team builder and team player

· Experience building multifamily/ commercial projects in the $10M-$50M range

· Ability to deal directly with clients
