Dobco is a leading New Jersey General Contractor with over 35 years of experience delivering complex construction projects throughout the state. We currently have 26 active projects across Northern and Central New Jersey, ranging from $30 million to $250 million.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial, institutional, and public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and overall site execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct daily site walks and monitor quality and safety
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Executives, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience with commercial, institutional, government, or public works construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field personnel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Procore experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
