Location: San Francisco, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience overseeing residential high-rise or large-scale mid-rise projects. This role will lead daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards. Proficiency with Procore is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, deliveries, and inspections.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and milestones.
• Identify and resolve field issues that could affect schedule or quality.
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Use Procore to maintain project documentation and communicate field progress.
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent on residential high-rise or large-scale mid-rise construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• Open base salary: Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and the candidate’s requirements.
• Project completion bonuses: Eligible for bonuses tied to completing projects on schedule. Certain payouts may reach up to 100% of annual base salary, depending on project results and bonus terms.
