Construction Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and team members, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate project scheduling and manage timelines using tools such as PROCORE and MS Project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all OSHA regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff and laborers on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, MSProject.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, budgeting, project scheduling, quality control processes, and construction estimating.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
