Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:

Snyder & Associates is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site for the full duration of the project. This position is primarily jobsite-based. The ideal candidate will spend most of their time managing subcontractors, scheduling trades, clarifying scope, ensuring the safety and compliance of the site, providing solutions to challenges encountered on a jobsite and making sure work is completed to company standards. The right candidate should be prepared to occasionally perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks such as, but not limited to:

• Light carpentry
• Daily cleanup
• Patching and painting
• Minor demo

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM (typically)
• Monday to Friday
• Paid Overtime
• Weekends as needed
