Role Description The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role located in Jersey City, NJ, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations. This position coordinates and supervises all site activities, including scheduling trades, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. The Superintendent monitors construction progress, enforces safety protocols, maintains site cleanliness, and supports quality control through regular inspections and documentation. The role also involves tracking materials and deliveries, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, addressing field issues promptly, and maintaining clear daily logs and reports. The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leadership presence, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications
