Compri Consulting is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent for a direct hire, onsite position in Forth Worth, Texas.

Senior Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a large K–12 school construction project from kickoff through final closeout.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Strong K–12 school construction experience required
• Experience managing subcontractors, field teams, safety, quality, schedules, and project closeout
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling; Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and client relationship skills
• Procore experience and OSHA 30 preferred
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check
