Construction Superintendent/Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent/ Project Manager to oversee General Construction & Pool Construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.

Duties

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.

Skills

• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid experience in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance throughout the construction process.
• Spanish speaking is not required but is a plus.
