Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Estimate project costs and develop budgets
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., ) to track project milestones and deliverables

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating
• Proven ability to oversee the build process from start to finish
• Familiarity with construction schematics and contract documents
• Proficient in budgeting and cost control measures
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Experience using construction management software (e.g., Primavera)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
