Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to foster collaboration and productivity
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and clarity before execution
• Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent platforms for project tracking and documentation
• Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling (including Primavera P6), and budget management for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil 3D for site design coordination and blueprint reading skills for accurate interpretation of construction plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Skilled in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on cost control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance
• Excellent time management abilities coupled with effective project coordination techniques to meet tight deadlines

Pay: $82,281.70 - $99,091.94 per year
