Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely delivery
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and scope of work
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project coordination
• Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost forecasts and budgets
• Oversee procurement processes, including material ordering and subcontractor selection using Construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam
• Monitor daily site operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Conduct regular site inspections with Civil 3D expertise for civil works and site grading assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety meetings regularly
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical records

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration
• Proficiency in industry-standard construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D
• Strong project scheduling skills with experience using Primavera P6 or similar tools to develop detailed timelines
• Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and cost control practices
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for civil works or structural components

Pay: $60,850.40 - $97,368.23 per year
