What they need
- Coordinate subcontract works with the main contractor to align project progress and resolve issues
- Attend on-site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with regulations
- To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Ensure that all construction activities follow health and safety regulations.
