About You

• QBCC Supervisor Licence (required)
• 3+ years’ experience in residential site supervision preferred
• Strong experience delivering volume or custom residential homes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple builds and stakeholders effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple residential construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure all builds meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and maintain WHS compliance
• Liaise with clients and provide updates throughout the build
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the build process
