- Coordinate contractor and Operations requests associated with shutdowns, purging, isolations, access, investigations, and other activities that may affect plant operations.
- Under the Organization's supervision, direct and support construction activities to meet project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Implement and follow construction policies and procedures; ensure work complies with company standards, PSC Code requirements, OSHA requirements, municipal rules, permits, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor safety, performance, productivity, workload, and project progress to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate Training or onboarding of contractors.
- Standardize and coordinate operational and project procedures where practical to reduce conflicts and disruption to plant activities.
- Maintain accurate project and construction records, including SOPs, work-order history, daily completion reports, sketches, qualification records, design-document exchanges, status reports, time sheets, and per diem documentation, as applicable.
Requirements
