Team Coordination: Act as a central communication point between the owner, team members, and clients, ensuring that all parties remain aligned and informed.
Flexibility in Communication: While communications may occur from 7 am to 8 pm, this varies depending on project needs and is not constant.
Site Presence & Travel: While laborers typically work from 8 am to 5 pm, the Manager/Project Coordinator is not required to be on-site for the full duration. Some days will involve off-site planning and coordination, while others may include weekend availability. Additionally, some weeks may require up to 15 hours of driving between job sites and suppliers.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs and take on challenges as they arise.
Clean Driving Record: A clean driver’s license is required, along with comfort in navigating work vehicles through NYC.
