Construction Supervisor

CSA Supervisor (Fitout) | Dublin | Up to €95k plus bonus

Cornerstone Ireland are working in partnership with one of Ireland's leading Data Centre Delivery Partners on the appointment of a CSA Supervisor (fitout) to work on Ireland's largest Data Centre project based in Dublin.

They are willing to pay up to €95,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and a range of other perks to secure the right person for the job.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
• Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
• Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations .
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities , tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
• Attend and actively contribute to site meetings , internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Support the close-out of project deliverables , including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
• Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
• Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
• Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists .
