What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end construction of multiple new homes, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise a diverse range of projects, primarily knock-down rebuilds and custom builds, including standard double-storey and more complex designs.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all site trades, suppliers, and contractors.
• Champion our high standards through rigorous quality control inspections at every stage.
• Build fantastic rapport with our clients, providing them with regular, professional updates.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work site, strictly adhering to all WHS/OH&S policies.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a highly professional, process-driven leader with a strong business mindset.

• A Trade Qualification (e.g., Carpentry) is essential.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within a custom builder environment.
• A current Driver's Licence (minimum Class C).
• A current NSW Building Work Supervisor's Licence is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills: You must be a team player who sees the "big picture" and understands the importance of communicating effectively back to the office.
• A proven ability to follow through on processes and contribute to what helps the business succeed.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades, maintain quality, and solve problems proactively.
