Construction Supervisor

A well-established builder in Southland is experiencing strong growth, with a clear increase in pipeline across the region. As a result, they’re looking to add an additional Construction Supervisor to the team — this is a genuine growth role, not a replacement.

You’ll be joining a team of two established Supervisors, with solid support both locally and nationally, plus the systems and training to set you up for success.

Residential projects typically range from $600K to $1.8M, covering everything from standard homes through to bespoke, architectural builds.

The Role

You’ll manage multiple residential builds across Southland.

Day to day:

• Managing site programmes and keeping builds on track
• Coordinating subbies and suppliers
• Running site meetings and ensuring quality delivery
• Overseeing H&S and compliance
• Managing client communication and expectations
• Delivering clean, on-time handovers

Who this suits

• Experienced Project Manager, Construction Supervisors / Foremen
  OR
• Builder / Carpenter / Leading Hand ready to step into supervision

You’ll bring:

• Trade qualified (ideally, but not a necessity)
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple jobs
• Good communication with clients and subcontractors
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Full NZ driver’s licence
