About the role
A Construction Supervisor manages daily on-site operations, coordinates trade teams and subcontractors, and ensures projects meet safety, budget, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction activities within the designated area, including work organization, project progress, quality, and safety management
- Coordinate the deployment of personnel and ensure proper coordination and sequencing of work processes
- Monitor compliance with work procedures and safety measures
- Report site issues to management and ensure the proper implementation of instructions from engineers and project management
- Provide reporting to update upper management
About you
- Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably with a related course in construction management
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in site management or construction supervision within the Philippines
- Relevant certification from safety or project credentials or local construction certificate is an advantage
