Construction Supervisor

Opportunity for a Construction Project Manager or Construction Supervisor for mostly commercial and some residential projects concentrating on metal framing, drywalling and ACT. Lead a team and oversee 15+ projects while communicating with the clients on a daily basis. Work alongside people with years of experience and knowledge to complete projects and grow your team. Company has a great reputation, solid sub-contractor teams and a steady stream of new business. Hoping to find someone with all of the experience needed, but if you have most of it, apply and you can learn what you don’t know.

Base salary: $100-120K and use of a company vehicle (good driving record needed). Can't rely on using the vehicle full time.

· You must have leadership in the construction field and metal framing, ACT and drywall hands-on experience. I don’t want to put years on it, but you should be well-versed in all aspects of this area and show successful completion of similar projects. Many large-scale commercial projects.

· Ability and interest to drive to project sites in and around the surrounding area of Ann Arbor, South Lansing, West Detroit areas.

· You will need to complete a background with references, and drug screen.

· Be willing and able to work for any company in the US for any amount of time without sponsorship.
