Job Description - Construction Supervisor

A Construction Supervisor at SS Buildtech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution of work, coordinating with contractors and teams, maintaining safety standards, and reporting progress. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills to ensure smooth construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor labour, material, and equipment usage.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Verify drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
