Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will supervise site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is completed to the required standard.
• Follow construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings where required.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, plant, and equipment.
• Check the quality of workmanship.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues efficiently.
• Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
• Ensure the site is clean, organised, and safe.
• Assist with planning labour and resources to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

What We Offer

• £12.00–£21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
