Job Description

Barleda Plant & Civils is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Junior Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will assist with the supervision and coordination of routine road maintenance activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

This is a junior supervisory position suited to a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, specifically in routine road maintenance, who is ready to take on supervisory responsibilities within a construction environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in routine road maintenance.
• Proven experience in routine road maintenance is essential.
• A valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Relevant Qualifications
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations within the Western Cape as required.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work effectively with a team.
• Strong understanding of site safety and construction procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

Salary

R7,000 – R8,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
