ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our carpentry team in Blenheim.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys leading a team but still wants to be involved in the work. You’ll supervise and coordinate our carpentry teams while working on the tools alongside them where the project or team size doesn’t require full-time supervision.

The role is initially a 12-month fixed-term position, with the possibility of extending beyond this, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to get established with Brosnan and see where it could lead.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating carpentry teams on site
• Planning and overseeing day-to-day carpentry activities
• Working on the tools alongside the team as required
• Maintaining strong quality and Health & Safety standards
• Supporting the successful delivery of the project

We’re looking for a strong carpenter who can lead from the front, communicate well and take ownership of getting the job done properly.
