CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

A Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing andmanaging various aspects of a specific location or site within an organization.This role requires a combination of organizational, administrative, andinterpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of operations at thedesignated site.

Resposibilities

Site Management

• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site workprogress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, andsafety standards.
• Regular site visits and inspections survey.

Communication

• Serve as a liaison between site staff and the management
• Communicate effectively with team members to convey goals,expectations, and updates.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.

Logistics and Resources

• Manage inventory and supplies for the site.
• Coordinate the allocation and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure properfunctioning.

Perform other duties and tasks assign by theManagement

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction background
• Proactive and with a positive mentality
• Possess strong organizational skill & Multitaskingskill
• Excellent coordination and communication expertise gainedthrough practice in the supervision of field staff
• A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Backho (S) Pte Ltd started on 27 March 2008, as an equipment rental company, mainly

excavators of various capacity. As a reliable and supporting working partner of the client.

Backho was requested to expand the scope of the work to excavation, demolition and soil

disposal services. It is also into traffic diversion work so as to support the main contactor’s

hectic work schedule.

Till date, with the continuous support from the client, Backho has developed into a one stop

service of:

• Excavator rental,
• Excavation and soil disposal, with its fleet of more than 150 unit (4ton ‐50 ton)

excavator, wheel loaders, vibration roller, articulated truck (ADT) and tipper truck

• General Demolition and Controlled Demolition of bridges, diaphragm wall, capping

beam, continuous bored piled wall, secant bored piled wall carried out using the fleet

of Machines and Diamond Wire Saw Machines.
