Construction Supervisor (contract)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of complex projects, from initial definition through final implementation. This role is accountable for delivering results that meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks while providing strong leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition and planning through execution and implementation
• Maintain accountability for meeting defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures on all assigned projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans and drive progress toward key project milestones
• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan for project teams and key stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to project resources across all phases of the project
• Ensure project teams are equipped with the resources and support needed to achieve defined objectives
• Lead and facilitate effective change management processes throughout the course of each project
• Prepare and distribute thorough project documentation, status reports, and progress updates
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines
• Apply construction project best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and successful outcomes

Experience

• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles in a construction or related industry environment
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
• Experience developing and executing stakeholder communication plans
• Background in leading and coordinating diverse, cross-functional project teams
• Track record of preparing detailed project documentation and executive-level status reports
