Construction Supervisor - Interior fit-out / Tile

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and manage site activities related to:

• Tile installation
• Wall plaster

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervise workers, monitor daily productivity and ensure quality standards.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Report and record employee productivity daily.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities for billing purposes. Communicate with client for billing and Quality.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to minimize wastage.
• Ensure safety on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting.
• Strong experience managing and leading labor teams to deliver high productivity.
• Must currently be in UAE.
• Drivers License Preferred
