Construction Supervisor - Swimming Pools

Duties

• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to interpret project requirements accurately.
• Coordinate project schedules using a construction management software to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety complianc.
• Oversee quality control processes, including construction drawing review, material inspections, and workmanship standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, and budgets.
• Ensure proper crew management by supervising team performance, managing labor productivity, and fostering a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers on construction schedule adjustments, cost control measures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Utilize technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required during installation phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction supervision with a focus on residential swimming pools.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Extensive site supervision experience.
• Skilled in project scheduling and managing subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction regulations specific to commercial projects as well as quality control procedures.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
