Construction Takeoff & Bid Leveling Specialist (Remote) **Job Type: Full-Time / Remote

Industry: Construction / General Contracting (GC)** We are seeking an experienced Construction Takeoff & Bid Leveling Specialist to support our preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing bid leveling/comparison sheets, and analyzing subcontractor proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from project documents.
• Prepare and maintain bid leveling spreadsheets.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and pricing discrepancies.
• Support estimating and bid preparation efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, takeoffs, or bid leveling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, OST, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with a General Contractor (GC) is preferred.
