We are partnering with a well-established public accounting firm seeking an experienced Construction Tax Partner to lead and grow its construction tax practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established tax leader with deep construction industry expertise, strong client relationships, and a passion for business development. The firm is looking for someone who can provide strategic direction, oversee complex tax engagements, and help drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the firm's construction tax practice.
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to construction industry clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee complex tax engagements and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals while collaborating with firm leadership.

Qualifications:

• Extensive public accounting experience specializing in construction taxation.
• Current Tax Partner, Principal, Managing Director, or experienced senior-level tax leader.
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and deep technical tax expertise.
• CPA preferred.
