Construction Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Technician to support construction and fit-out projects. The candidate will assist with technical, maintenance, installation, repair, and general site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical and maintenance work at construction and project sites.
• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of construction-related systems and equipment.
• Read and understand basic drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.
• Carry out inspections and identify defects or technical issues.
• Assist electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other skilled trades when required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure work complies with company safety procedures and UAE regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Report technical problems, material requirements, and site issues to the supervisor.
• Support general construction and fit-out activities when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction Technician, Maintenance Technician, Technical Assistant, or similar role.
• 2–3 years of construction, fit-out, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction, MEP, maintenance, or installation work.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings and instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good safety awareness.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
