该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers. The Tool Installation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful installation of tools and equipment necessary for our factory ramp-up. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple aspects of the installation process, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of tool installation projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors. Conduct regular safety audits and address any issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement best practices.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines. Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future projects. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in tool installation or factory ramp-up projects.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional preferred qualifications:
• Overseas project experience, ability to conduct meetings, negotiations, and presentations in English.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
