Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to students aspiring to build their skills in the construction industry. Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions focused on construction techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Work directly with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Incorporate educational technologies and computer-based tools to enhance training effectiveness and student engagement.
• Provide practical instruction based on real-world construction experience, ensuring students gain relevant skills.
• Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and stakeholders to update training content and ensure alignment with current industry trends.
• Support students in developing technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and workplace readiness.

Experience

• Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably within a technical or vocational setting.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and computer-based learning tools used in instructional settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate learners of varying skill levels.

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
