Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in carpentry, concrete work, and operating construction equipment. This position involves working on a variety of commercial construction projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, repairs, and general construction.
• Prepare, pour, finish, and cure concrete for foundations, sidewalks, slabs, and other structures.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, forklifts, and other machinery as assigned.
• Measure, cut, and assemble construction materials accurately.
• Perform excavation, grading, and site preparation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.

Experience

• Experience in carpentry, concrete construction, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to safely operate construction machinery.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Equipment certifications.
• Experience with site grading, excavation, and concrete forming.

Pay is based on experience
