Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of building and renovation projects, contributing to the realisation of high-quality structures. Responsibilities

• Assisting with site preparation, including clearing and setting up work areas
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as required
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete or mortar
• Assisting with the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures
• Operating basic hand tools and machinery safely.
• Supporting skilled tradespeople in various tasks to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
• Valid UK driving licence is mandatory
