Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and demolition of structures as directed by supervisors.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers.
• Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.
• Follow instructions from foremen or project managers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction is a must
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
