Duties

• Assist in interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and framing.
• Perform concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting to create durable foundations and structures.
• Install rebar, formwork, metal stud framing, drywall, stucco, and other building materials with precision.
• Conduct masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and restoration projects.
• Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Support renovation projects by installing flooring, roofing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing touches.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, and roofing.
• Strong mechanical knowledge including the operation of heavy equipment and understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately to meet project specifications.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other construction equipment safely.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and supporting project goals.

Pay: $25.53 - $30.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
