Duties

• Assist in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project specifications
• Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, formwork, and layout markings for concrete pouring and masonry work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps efficiently and safely during various construction tasks
• Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, roofing materials, and perform masonry work with precision
• Conduct concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping activities to achieve smooth surfaces and structural integrity
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, working at heights, handling hazardous materials, and general construction site safety regulations
• Support renovation and restoration projects by performing carpentry, caulking, drywall installation, metal stud framing, and other related tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations
• Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques including formwork construction and rebar installation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards
• Familiarity with masonry techniques such as bricklaying or stonework is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in interpreting construction plans and specifications
